Narration Voices — MIRA Administration Console

ElevenLabs is the only narration provider for v1. Voice IDs are looked up from your ElevenLabs dashboard and entered here — the Android app never reads this table directly or hardcodes a voice ID; only the (not yet built) narration Edge Function does, using its own service-role connection.
